His Overall career experience covers the entire value chain from Drug Substance to Drug Products in companies like Boehringer Mannheim, Roche Diagnostics, Nicholas Piramal, LG Life Sciences, Guardian Pharmacy etc.
In his current role Mr. Joshi is Commercial Director of Centrient Pharmaceuticals (Bain Capital company), managing region East which includes Asia and Africa and was duly elected for the post of Vice Chairman Pharmexcil in December 2022.
Pushpa Vijayaraghavan leads the healthcare advisory practice at Sathguru Management Consultants. Pushpa advises Governments on policy as well as leading companies on strategy and innovation access. Pushpa has been involved in shaping marque projects globally such as the National Biopharma Mission in India and vaccine manufacturing capacity development in Sub Saharan Africa.

With over 37 years of experience, Mr. Sanjay Bhanushali is a highly respected veteran and opinion leader in the Indian pharmaceutical industry. Having worked across cross-functional domains in Cipla & Dr. Reddy’s - two of India’s largest pharmaceutical companies, Sanjay idolizes invaluable knowledge & business acumen.
Pharmacy graduate, from Mumbai University, Sanjay joined Cipla in 1984 as an Apprentice. In a span of about 14 years, Sanjay worked across the functions of Technical Operations, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance, mastering the art of shop-floor management. He was instrumental in the design & establishing state of the art manufacturing facilities, while leading Projects and Engineering.
In 1998, Sanjay joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. at Hyderabad. In the 13 years that followed, he assumed multiple roles including Technology transfer and Corporate HR. Sanjay’s next assignment, at DRL’s UK subsidiary, ushered him into International Business Development.
